SUP Yoga or Stand-Up Paddle board Yoga is a yoga class that is practiced on a Stand-Up Paddle board instead of a yoga mat. The class takes place on the calm waters of Palm Jumeirah instead of a traditional studio setting.
SUP Yoga can be practiced by beginners and experts alike. Benefits range from core conditioning, improved balance, mental focus and practice diversification.
Combining traditional yoga postures with stand up paddle boarding, SUP Yoga is a fantastic activity that exercises both the body and mind. SUP Yoga lessons are taught by a professional, qualified Yoga Instructor who will work with you to improve your posture and strength.
The peacefulness of floating on the water complements the meditative nature of yoga, leaving you feeling relaxed and invigorated. We will provide all the equipment you will need including a SUP paddle and board. We use stable stand up paddle boards to learn on: it makes a very comfortable yoga mat!
